This guide is designed to help our drivers enhance their skills with the Truckbase Dispatch application, ensuring you have all the load information you need right at your fingertips and can easily manage your paperwork on the go as part of your driver training.
Accessing Your Loads:
Truckbase is designed for simplicity, making it an ideal dispatch application for your needs. You will receive your dispatch details via text message or email, and if you prefer using a login, we will send an invite to join our team.
Opening Your Load:
Simply click the link in the text message from Dispatch to open your load details in the Truckbase mobile-friendly app.
Key Features:
Load Overview: View all your current and upcoming loads in one place, streamlining your load management.
Route Info: Access pickup and delivery addresses, scheduled times, and special instructions with a single tap, enhancing your driver training experience.
Managing Your Trip:
Real-Time Updates: Any changes to your load or route will be updated instantly in the dispatch application. You'll receive a text notification so you're always in the loop. Eliminate Check Calls: The app offers real-time GPS tracking to Dispatch, ensuring we know where you are and when you've arrived, significantly reducing the need for frequent phone calls. Status Updates: Easily update your status (e.g., Arrived, Loaded, Delivered) directly within the load management view to keep everyone informed.
Document Scanning & Uploading:
Never Lose a BOL Again:
Utilize the integrated mobile scanner within our dispatch application to capture and upload your documents immediately after delivery.
How to Scan:
1. Open your current load in the Truckbase app.
2. Tap the 'Scan Document' or 'Upload BOL' button.
3. Take a clear photo of your Bill of Lading (BOL), receipts, or other documents.
4. Review the image and tap 'Submit' to enhance your load management process.
This feature also supports driver training by ensuring all necessary documents are submitted promptly.

Site Contact Information:
If you need to contact the loading or delivery site for any reason, their contact information will be provided directly within the load details in the dispatch application.
Settlement Transparency:
Truckbase helps ensure your settlements are accurate and timely by linking your uploaded documents directly to your completed loads, facilitating effective load management.
