Relay Payments Fuel App: Pilot Flying J

Open the Relay Payments fueling app: When you arrive at a Pilot Flying J, launch the Relay Payments app on your phone. 

Generate a Fuel Code: Select 'Fuel' and choose your current location. The app will create a unique, secure fuel code for you. 

Enter Code: Input this code at the pump or inside at the fuel desk to authorize your transaction. 

DEF Purchases: You can also use Relay for DEF at these locations if necessary, but please remember our policy: Get DEF at the home terminal whenever possible.

Request: Contact Sue or Jasmine during office hours to make a request. Once approved, you can receive your funds directly at the service desk of any participating Pilot Flying J location using the fueling app or Relay Payments.

For all your fueling needs, you will receive two dedicated fuel cards. These should be utilized at their respective locations to maximize our company discounts, which can also be accessed through a convenient fueling app. 

Kwik Star Fuel Card:

Where to Use: Any Kwik Star or Kwik Trip location.

Usage: Use this card at the pump or inside. You will be required to enter your Truck Number.

Sapp Brothers Fuel Card:

Where to Use: Any Sapp Brothers Travel Center.

Usage: Similar to the Kwik Star card, use this at the pump or fuel desk with your 4-digit PIN located on the back of the card. Additionally, for those who prefer using Pilot Flying J facilities, Relay Payments can streamline your transactions.

DEF Policy: To manage costs and ensure quality, all drivers should fill their DEF tanks at the home terminal before heading out. Use the fueling app to locate the nearest stations, and only purchase DEF on the road (using Relay Payments at Pilot Flying J or your fuel cards elsewhere) if it is absolutely necessary to complete your trip. 

Receipt Management: Relay Payments and our other fuel cards provide us with a digital receipt; there is no need to keep or scan in receipts. 

Lost or Stolen Cards: If your Kwik Star or Sapp Brothers card is lost or stolen, contact Sue in HR immediately during office hours at (563) 847-1994. For after-hours emergencies, contact Matt at (563) 271-2337.
